Plans are drawn or refined, selections are scoped, and we put a real number on the project — before you commit.
Construction
Site work, slab, framing, mechanicals, finishes — managed daily by your builder with proven local crews.
Closing & Beyond
A detailed walkthrough, a clean punch list, and a builder who stands behind the home after you move in.

Do I need to own land before I talk to you?
No. Plenty of our conversations start before the land does. If you’re still looking, we can help you evaluate lots for drainage, utilities, access and build cost before you buy — it can save you a lot of money and headache.
Can I bring my own house plan?
Absolutely. We build from client-provided plans all the time, and we’ll review them with you for cost, constructability and fit for your lot. If you don’t have a plan yet, we’ll work with you to develop one.
How does your pricing work?
We’re not a cost-plus builder. We charge a flat build fee, and you pay exactly what we pay for materials and labor — nothing hidden, nothing marked up behind your back. That means full freedom to design the home you want within a budget you can actually trust.
How long does a custom home take?
It depends on size, site and selections, but most custom homes take several months to a year from groundbreaking. We’ll give you an honest timeline up front and keep you updated throughout the build.
Do you do remodels?
Our focus is new custom homes. We do take on a small number of large-scale remodel projects each year when they’re the right fit. For smaller remodels, we’re glad to point you to trusted local contractors we know do good work.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Cutze Builders, LLC is a licensed Louisiana contractor (LIC# 889421), fully insured, and a BBB accredited business. We also welcome background checks and financial auditing from any bank — we have nothing to hide.
